How To Book For Bed & Breakfast

Our prices are £114-£132 per room per night based on 2 people sharing for a 2 nights minimum stay - 3 nights minimum over Bank Holidays.

We do offer a £15 discount for single occupancy subject to availability. 

A non- refundable 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable on departure.

Our guests are welcome to arrive from 4pm and between 4.00-5.30 pm we will welcome you with home made cake and tea in our lovely dining room or in the gardens in the summer. The Old Vicarage Country House offers plenty of parking space for guests.

If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please let us know so that we may make arrangements for key collection.

We ask guests to please vacate your rooms by 10.30am. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am.

Friday changeover for weekly bookings. Arrival after 4pm. Short breaks also available Fri/Sat/Sun (3 nights) and midweek Mon/Tues/Weds/Thurs (4 nights). We may be flexible on short breaks and changeover days so please just ask!

50% deposit is payable on booking with the remainder due twelve weeks prior to arrival. The cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people and we regret that we are unable to provide facilities for any additional guests who are not staying with us. A charge will be made for any breakages or additional cleaning.

We have a later than normal checkout so please vacate the cottage by 11am.
